The issuance of any tickets, reservations, or bookings by LAZY LIZARD TRAVEL LLC any of its employees and/or Su/Keith Holshausen is done with the express condition that:

1. The above noted parties shall not be responsible for any changes in fares, rates, charges or prices initiated by the carrier(s) or supplier(s) of services and

2. Shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from cancellations, changes, or disruptions of any service and/or refunds of monies already paid or transmitted to any carrier(s) or supplier(s) of services and

3. Shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions of Lazy Lizard Travel LLC and/or any carrier(s) or Supplier(s) without limitation, those involving cancellation of flights, schedule changes, re-routings, damage to or delay or loss of baggage, flight delays, equipment failures, accidents, pilot or other staff shortages, over-bookings, or computer errors.

The customer's acceptance of the proposed itinerary shall constitute a consent by the customer, on his/her behalf and on the behalf of his/her travelling group to the above.

Nothing agreed to herein by the customer is meant to interfere with the customer's legal rights against any carrier(s) or supplier(s) of services.

4. INSURANCE
       Your trip is a significant investment, and we recommend the purchase of travel insurance.  If you choose to decline this valuable protection, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel arrangements.  By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that your travel agent is not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, and/or rental car physical damage. Trip insurance is a non-refundable purchase.
